你好.11月17日我們入住普羅旺斯，小孩在奔跑中撞到他們的大門玻璃，飯店人員不但沒有關心小孩的傷勢，一直強調大門玻璃有多昂貴，強調老闆說一片玻璃要價十幾萬，請我們賠償一萬元就好。
我們在勘察裂痕時，發現小孩的撞擊點是在身高90cm的頭部，但玻璃最嚴重的裂痕卻是在左下方，質疑那道裂痕並不是我們撞擊的，但對方一再強調整片玻璃原本沒有裂痕。
所以我需要你的幫忙，麻煩你如果有拍到他們的大廳大門，請寄原始檔給我，我需要拍攝日期及照片擋。謝謝你的協助。
